		CNC Turret Punching Metalworking Solutions uses an Amada EM 2510NT 22ton CNC turret punch press to produce custom sheet metal components with up to 1/8” thick which require distinct perforation such as: louvers, offsets, counter sinking, electrical knock-outs, rolled ribs or other embossed features. The turret is typically more cost effective for flat sheet metal blanks where the geometry does not force the part to be cut on a laser. Mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel are typical materials we work with to fabricate everything from electrical enclosures and operator consoles to store fixture components and equipment cabinetry. 		Sheet Metal Fabrication We provide contract manufacturing services for sheet metal and tubular metal components such as doors, enclosures, and POP display fixtures. Our 50,000 square foot Lean Manufacturing space is equipped with a full line of sheet metal fabrication equipment, including CNC press brakes, CNC punch presses, and laser cutting machines. These machines enable us to perform custom fabrication operations such as bending, folding, forming, and punching. Our Amada press brakes enable us to bend as well as fold metal sheets to diverse shapes. These CNC press brakes can process metal sheets up to 1” in thickness and 14’ in long.
